DOM & HDM series -
Because of their light weight, these mirrors may be fitted direct to cavity walls. In
the case of the ceiling domes, attach direct to the ceiling or suspend to the height
required with the suspension kit supplied.
INT series -
The mirror should only be fitted to studs or other solid surfaces. Use (40mm x 8mm)
dyna-bolts, or 6mm nylon tappets for masonry walls or self drilling screws for timber and metal
surfaces. The clamping bolts are fitted with Nyloc nuts to allow the clamps to be adjusted
to the desired tension so that the mirror can be left adjustable or rigid depending on
your application.
EXT series -
The EXT series are supplied with the universal fitting D bracket which is designed for
walls and other flat surfaces. The length of the D bracket arm is equal to the radius of
the mirror, long enough for the mirror to be adjusted in all directions and makes fixing
to walls or overhead a breeze. If you are mounting the EXT series to a post use a 60mm
post and order the U-bolts to suit. We will provide a shorter arm so that the mirror is as
close to the post as possible (no extra charge) Alternatively our optional 75mm post clamp
has the same bolt pattern as the D bracket converting the mirror from a wall mount to a
post mount. When attaching to masonry walls use dyna-bolts, coach screws for timber or nut
& bolt for steel. The D bracket is fully captive and the fixing bolts may be welded or
peened over to prevent removal without affecting the adjustment of the mirror at any time.
TRF & SSM series -
All these mirrors utilise the same frame and are primarily post mounting (except
smaller stainless steel mirrors) and are supplied with the post clamp as standard. Our
wall bracket can be supplied in lieu of the post clamp at no extra cost. See EXT series
for wall mounting details.
